Un trozo de naturaleza junto a una casa moderna

En una urbanización próxima a Sevilla, junto a una casa moderna en tonos blancos y grises se ha adosado un trozo de naturaleza. La casa es de factura moderna, minimalista y los clientes, muy aficionados al senderismo y a actividades relacionadas con la naturaleza, querían tener un trozo de campo junto a su casa, «el campo en casa», un espacio donde hubiese una buena representación de la vegetación que suelen ver en las excursiones y que atrajese también a pájaros, mariposas, libélulas, abejas; un lugar también donde el agua estuviera presente de forma importante, así como la vegetación y fauna que conlleva.

Plantas utilizadas

En este jardín he podido plantar plantas autóctonas poco habituales en jardinería, muchas de ellas mediante semillas porque no las había entonces en el mercado y algunas de ellas aún siguen sin estarlo: Genista umbellata, Smilax aspera, Aquilea ageratum, Crambe filiformis, Anthyllis cytisoides, Trachelium caeruleum, Jasminum fruticans y otras.

A bit of nature next to a modern house

In an urbanization near Seville, next to a modern house in white and gray tones, with minimalist lines, the clients, who are very fond of hiking and activities related to nature, wanted to have a piece of it next to their house, «the field in house», a space where there was a good representation of the vegetation that they used to see on excursions and that also attracted birds, butterflies, dragonflies, bees; a place where water was also present in an important way, as well as the vegetation and fauna that it entails.

Plants used

In this garden I have been able to plant native plants that are unusual in gardening, many of them using seeds because they were not available on the market at the time and some of them are still not on the market, such as Genista umbellata, Smilax aspera, Aquilea ageratum, Crambe filiformis, Anthyllis cytisoides, Trachelium caeruleum, Jasminum fruticans or Teline linifolia.
